Who we are
JŌJU Brain ("Brain", "the platform") is a programmatic advertising curation and optimization platform operated by Mirai Partners 1125 LLC, available at https://brain.joju.ai. This policy covers both the platform and our websites at miraipartners.ai and joju.ai.
Information we collect
(1) Account information: name, email address and role, provided by your organization when your user is created. (2) Advertising delivery data: impressions, clicks, spend and related metrics for the Private Marketplace deals (PMPs) managed on the platform, reported by the supply-side platforms we integrate with. (3) Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, endpoints) kept for security and troubleshooting. (4) Information you send us: name, email address and company details when you request a demo, contact sales, or subscribe to updates on our websites.
Google user data (DV360 Connect)
If you choose to connect your Display & Video 360 account, Brain requests the Google Bid Manager API scope to read delivery reports. We only run reports filtered to the exact deal IDs created on our platform: per-domain impressions, clicks, spend and video completions for those deals. We do not read campaigns, budgets, audiences, or any other data in your account. Your OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted at rest and is never shared. You can revoke access at any time from the platform (which also revokes the token with Google) or from your Google account security settings. Brain's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
To operate the platform: score domain-level quality, optimize the delivery of your deals, produce reports for your organization, respond to your inquiries, and secure the service. We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising targeting, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. Data may be shared with service providers who help us operate the platform, under confidentiality agreements.
Data retention and your rights
Delivery data is retained while your organization has an active license. OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information — write to privacy@miraipartners.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is role-based and logged. Publisher and advertiser data is never commingled or shared between parties without explicit authorization.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
